Cuptcha is a slab typeface inspired by the wonky, distorted letters found in website security tests. The name fuses "cup" with captcha, a container holding a collection of letters, much like a typeface itself. Those raw, chaotic letterforms were refined into a consistent typographic system, where the sturdiness of squared slab serifs contrasts with soft, rounded terminals, finding a natural balance in the details.
